Best Series Ever?
It feels like the Spring of 1991 and a key to making the Finals is winning big series in Detroit. GO BULLS!
But I digress...I LOVE GOLDEN STATE.

Maybe this is where fantasy gets in the way of reality -- as soon as I ever heard of Baron Davis I liked him, but I always underrate Davis because I started to believe the hype about his propensity for injury, and how that could affect an 82 game moonball season. Then he kind of fell of my radar as a factor...but of course, in reality if you're healthy for the playoffs, well, there's another big bullet in your big warrior gun. I wonder if CousCous is a fan?

The way that I have understood Baron's high incidence of injury is a simple rule of fairness: Davis' physical package is almost too much. The size, strength and quickness, deft shooting touch, court vision and passing give him an ulitmate set of tools for his position. . . and therefore it is only fair that he is injury prone.
But put him in a seven game series when he is feeling good and he is a bad mama jama.
