You know, I hate to report this to Tom, but my old man hoops crew was discussing this series last night and came to the following conclusion. Eventually, some NBA team is going to lose a series that they led 3-0. And this particular series has all the characteristics of how that is most likely to happen: the team that's up turns it on and off, the team that's down has younger legs, the team that's up has a history of sudden breakdowns (see playoffs, last year), the team that's up has a coach with a poor post-season history, etc.
I'm not saying the Piston's won't win one of the next two games, but honestly, I think I will be more surprised if thy do than if they don't.

I thought you were wiser than that. The Pistons turning it on and off is a disturbing trend, but, the Miami series last year notwithstanding, this crew has continually won tough games over the past few years and they were clearly mentally tougher than the Bulls. Nuff said.
